Do you only design single-family residential size projects?

No, we also do design work for parks/playgrounds, urban areas, commercial projects, and multifamily residential sites.

Do I need a design?

A design may be required by your HOA for project approval. It is also may be needed for a large scale and/or wide scope project in order to deliver an accurate cost estimate.

What does a design include?

The typical design process includes:

                1. A free consultation

                2. Existing Conditions Plan

                3. Conceptual Landscape Plan

                4. A meeting to review Conceptual Plan

                5. Final Landscape Plan and Details

                6. A meeting to review the Final Plan

                7. Submittal to HOA (submittal fees not included)

                8. Construction Cost Estimate

What kind of additional design work can be done?

We can also offer 3D color renderings, before & after photo simulations, and construction drawings.

Do you complete designs over the winter?

Yes, this is a great time for design work. We can prepare your project in order to jump-start at the beginning of the our implementation season.

How much does a design cost?

When are the Garden Centers open?

Our Silverthorne nursery is open year-round with seasonal days and hours. The Breckenridge nursery is open seasonally during the summer.  The Grand County nursery is open seasonally during summer, and by appointment during winter.  Check the Contact Us section of this website for up-to-date hours.

Who can I speak to regarding products that you sell at your Garden Centers?

What property management services do you offer?

We offer:

  • Security checks:  weekly home visits to regulate thermostat settings, alarm systems, locked doors and window, utilities, appliances and other amenities, potential water, plumbing and freezing issues and overall home security

  • 24 hr service for security system emergencies (burglar alarms, low heat alarms, etc.)

  • Domestic cleaning on schedule or as needed     

  • Hot tub chemical regulation and cleaning

  • Stocking your home with whatever you need for your visit (firewood, groceries, ski passes, etc.)

  • Guest meetings and home walk through with your family & friends who are not familiar with your mountain home or  Summit County

  • Pre/post-storm watch service

  • Small home repairs

  • Subcontracting coordination for larger repairs

  • Residential snow removal

  • Seasonal décor setup
