Larry Lunceford
Owner
Larry Lunceford received his Bachelor’s of Science in Horticulture from Ohio State University in 1973. His experience includes landscape maintenance programs, landscape design and implementation, and wetland construction. He has attended many seminars and classes to keep up with cutting-edge technologies and techniques. Larry has served as president on the Mountain chapter of ALCC. He co-founded Neils Lunceford, Inc. in 1980.
Tim Glasco
Owner
Tim Glasco received his degree in horticulture (BS) in 1978 from Texas A&M University. His experience includes grounds keeping, landscape maintenance programs, landscape design, and implementation. He is a Colorado certified nursery professional, and has continued his education through Colorado State University and Colorado Mountain College. He is the CEO and has been with Neils Lunceford since 1981.
Jeff Lunceford, LEED
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff Lunceford is a Summit County Native and after graduating with honors from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management Jeff worked for a custom home builder out of Vail before returning to Silverthorne to work for Neils Lunceford, Inc. When in school, Jeff focused closely on the emerging green building technologies and earned his LEED Accreditation. Jeff's experiences range across the operations and management fields from experience in estimating, scheduling, project management, supervision, through carpentry, landscape implementation and water feature construction.
Don Clark
Manager of Landscape Maintenance Department
Don has been a resident of Summit County since 1981. He has worked for Neils Lunceford full time since 2000 and part time 1988- 1992. His duties include Manager of ranch and supply yard. Don has been Manager of the Maintenance Department since 2003. He is a licensed pesticide applicator as a QS with the Colorado Department of Agriculture. Don attends pesticide, plant care, and landscape seminars yearly. He graduated from Slippery Rock State University of Pa. in 1981 with a BS degree in Environmental Science and Chemistry.
Abe Hoffmann
Operations Manager for Summit County
Abe has been in Summit County since 1999 and with Neils Lunceford since 2001. Abe comes from customer service background, and has experience in implementing plans including planting trees, water features, irrigation, and building rock walls. As Operations Manager for Summit County, Abe is responsible for over seeing the project from start to finish, and will ensure your project meets your high standards.
Rob Milstead
Head of Granby Branch
Rob Milstead has been involved in the landscape industry for over 25 years, with a strong background in irrigation, project management and team building. Rob joined the Neils Lunceford team in 2005 and was instrumental in developing a successful branch of Neils Lunceford in Grand County. The same skills that have benefited the Grand County division of Neils Lunceford can be applied to your specific project to assure a high quality project to meet all your needs.
Dave Woodman
Granby Sales
Dave Woodman has been working in the landscape industry for over 45 years. For nearly 25 of those years, Dave owned and managed a high-end residential landscape company. In 2007, Dave joined the Neils Lunceford team. With his wealth of landscape knowledge and experience, Dave offers practical advice and leadership regarding planning, costing, budgeting, and maintenance needs.
Megan Testin, ASLA
Design
Megan Testin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. in Landscape Architecture. She has previously worked for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Campus Planning Department where her work focused on the preservation of local character around the campus. Megan moved to Colorado in the spring of 2005 and worked with BHH Architects where she gained an understanding of construction details and practices. She has been with Neils Lunceford since April 2006. Megan has been manager of the design department since February 2010. She is actively involved in the design and management throughout the construction process and she oversees all design projects.
Dan Skinner
Design
Immediately after earning a BS in Landscape Architecture from Colorado State University in 2004, Dan began working for The Landplan Design Group Inc., which specialized in Planning and Landscape Design throughout the United States. In an effort to expand his knowledge and experience, Dan left The Landplan Design Group in 2007 to work as a Project Manager for Norris Design in Denver, Colorado. While at Norris, he learned how to interact with other project managers, collaborate with other designers, and work as part of a team. Dan excelled in construction documentation, cost estimation, Photoshop renderings, and construction observation.
Dave Berg, RLA, LLA, ASLA
Eagle County Development Manager
Dave Berg graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree in 1995. Since then, he has become a Registered, Licensed Landscape Architect in Colorado, Arizona and California. Dave’s diverse career includes many years in a traditional Landscape Architecture practice, years in large acreage Land Development, and years in Landscape Design/Build. Dave moved to Colorado in the Fall of 2007 to become the Design Principal for Land Designs by Ellison. He joined the Neils Lunceford team in the Fall of 2011 to develop more of a company presence in Eagle County. Dave has over 15 years of experience in the Landscape industry, from Design and Construction through Maintenance and Client Relations.
